Terms of Use
Last updated: November 2, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and ArogiHealth (“ArogiHealth”, “we”, “us”) about using the ArogiHealth app. Please read them. By using the app you agree to them.
1. A wellness app, not medical care
ArogiHealth offers general suggestions for everyday habits such as movement, eating, sleep and connection. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it does not replace advice from your doctor or other health professional. Talk with your doctor before starting a new activity or changing your diet, especially if you have a health condition.
The app is not for emergencies. If you have chest pain or think you are having an emergency, call 911. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.
2. Who can use the app
You must be 18 or older and live in the United States. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for activity on your account.
3. Subscriptions and the free trial
- New members get a 14-day free trial. After the trial, your subscription starts automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year at the price shown in the app, until you cancel.
- Purchases are made through Apple or Google, and their terms apply to payment, cancellation and refunds. You cancel in your phone’s settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
- If you get access through an employer, health plan or other organization, your access may end when their arrangement with us ends.
- If we change prices, we’ll tell you in advance, and the change applies from your next renewal.
4. The AI coach
The coach uses artificial intelligence to write replies. Replies may sometimes be wrong or incomplete. Use your own judgment and ask your doctor about anything medical. The coach offers suggestions only.
5. Circles, buddies and community rules
When you post in a Circle or send encouragement, please be kind and respectful. Don’t share other people’s private information, give medical advice, sell things, or post anything harmful, hateful or illegal. Our guides and staff may remove posts and limit or close accounts that break these rules. Circle guides are trained wellness staff, not doctors.
6. Care team check-ins
If you opt in, a member of our care team may send you a supportive message on weekdays after you see support options in the app. This is not emergency help or medical care.
7. Your content
You own what you write in the app. You give us permission to store and display it so we can run the features you use, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Our content
The app, its content and our name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial use while you have an account. Please don’t copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app.
9. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or could harm others.
10. Disclaimers
We work hard to keep the app helpful and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about specific results and disclaim implied warranties such as fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, ArogiHealth is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim about the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
12. Changes to these terms
If we make important changes, we’ll tell you in the app before they take effect. If you keep using the app after that, you accept the new terms.
